Anti-MDK Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MDK (Midkine), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 35–129 of human MDK (NP_002382.1); the target has a molecular weight of 16 kDa. The product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and three scientific validation images are available.
