Anti-MDC1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to MDC1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-350 of human MDC1 (NP_055456.2) and reacts with human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody is recommended at the following dilutions: WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 270 kDa.

The liquid product is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
