Anti-MCP3 Antibody [768]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is a primary antibody that targets Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP3). The antibody is clone 768 of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and raised in Mouse against recombinant human MCP-3. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human samples, recognising both natural and recombinant human MCP-3. Cross-reactivity testing confirms no recognition of IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, SAA or EGF.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, it is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, with concentration reconstitution dependent. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water, and the epitope is reported as Sp2/0-Ag14.
