Anti-MCP3 Antibody [542]

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal [542] reagent directed against Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3). The unconjugated IgG2a antibody was raised in mouse using recombinant human MCP-3 as immunogen and reacts with human samples.

Validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody specifically recognises natural and recombinant human MCP-3. It shows no cross-reactivity with IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, SAA or EGF. The product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2 and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The final concentration is reconstitution dependent.

Lyophilised material is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is carried out with double distilled water.
