Anti-MCP3 Antibody [542]

A mouse monoclonal IgG2a reagent from Antibodies.com, clone 542, targets Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP3), the C-C motif chemokine ligand 7 (CCL7) involved in recruiting monocytes, eosinophils and basophils during inflammatory responses. The unconjugated, lyophilised preparation reconstitutes readily into standard buffers for use in immunoassay workflows.

Validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB), the antibody supports quantification of CCL7 released from cultured cell supernatants and detection of the endogenous protein in lysates prepared from human tissue samples. Reactivity is restricted to human MCP3, with mouse as the host species, making the reagent a straightforward choice for two-step protocols that employ a labelled anti-mouse IgG secondary.
