Anti-MCP3 Antibody [490]

This unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal (clone 490) directed against Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3). It belongs to the IgG1 isotype class and is validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant human MCP-3 and recognises both natural and recombinant human MCP-3. Cross-reactivity testing indicates no recognition of IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, SAA, or EGF. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2, with the epitope identified as Sp2/0-Ag14.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. It is reconstituted with double distilled water, and concentration is reconstitution dependent.
