Anti-MCP3 Antibody [343]

Mouse monoclonal [343] antibody to Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is of mouse origin with IgG1 isotype and is provided unconjugated in lyophilised form.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant human MCP-3, with recombinant human MCP-3 used as the immunogen. Cross-reactivity testing shows the antibody does not recognise IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, SAA and EGF.

The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. The associated epitope designation is Sp2/0-Ag14.
