Anti-MCP3 Antibody [113]

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 113) directed against Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3). The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form.

Validated for ELISA and Western blot, the antibody reacts with human samples and recognises both natural and recombinant human MCP-3. The immunogen used to generate the antibody was recombinant human MCP-3. Cross-reactivity testing indicates that the antibody does not recognise IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, SAA or EGF.

The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Reconstitution is carried out using double distilled water.
