Anti-MCP3 Antibody [1057]

A Mouse monoclonal (clone 1057) antibody to Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP3), supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and presented as a lyophilised product formulated from 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The antibody is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It was raised against recombinant human MCP-3 and recognises both natural and recombinant human MCP-3. Reported cross-reactivity testing shows no recognition of IL-1ß, IL-8, MCAF, SAA, or EGF.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product ships at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends reconstitution in double distilled water.
