Anti-MCP1 Antibody [S8]

The monoclonal mouse antibody supplied by Antibodies.com is raised against Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP1), a small chemokine also called CCL2 that directs monocyte recruitment and sustains inflammatory signalling in human tissue. Clone S8 belongs to the IgG1 isotype class and is provided unconjugated, leaving the choice of secondary reporter or detection chemistry to the laboratory.

Western blot (WB) is the validated application for this reagent, and reactivity is confirmed against human samples. Investigators studying monocyte trafficking, macrophage infiltration, vascular inflammation, or chemokine expression in tumour microenvironments routinely use anti-MCP1 antibodies to confirm protein-level expression in cell lysates and tissue homogenates prepared from cultured cells or biopsy material.
