Anti-MCM4 (phospho-S54) Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MCM4 around serine 54, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes the MCM4 replication helicase subunit only when it carries the activating Ser54 phosphorylation mark. The immunogen strategy yields >95% purity by SDS-PAGE, and the unconjugated IgG is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Validation data on file support Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, where the antibody detects a band at the expected ~97 kDa molecular weight in lysates from actively replicating cells.
