Anti-MCM2 / BM28 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MCM2, also known as BM28, a core member of the minichromosome maintenance protein family that drives eukaryotic DNA replication. MCM2 assembles into the MCM2-7 replicative helicase required for origin licensing and replication fork progression, and it is widely used as a marker of actively proliferating cells in tumor and tissue studies.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, giving flexibility across common model systems.
