Description
A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting MCL1. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
MCL1, formally known as MCL1 apoptosis regulator, is a member of the BCL2 family of proteins. It belongs to the cancer-related gene family and shows enhanced expression in bone marrow tissue, with mitochondrial subcellular localisation. The target is encoded on chromosome 1 and shares orthology with the mouse Mcl1 gene.
The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in a buffer of PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
