A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MCH-2R (M332). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–348 of human MCH-2R, and the affinity-purified reagent detects endogenous levels of MCH-2R protein. The reported molecular weight is ~38 kDa, and purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE.
