Anti-MCCC2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MCCC2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 284–563 of human MCCC2 (NP_071415.1), and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 61kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

Storage instructions call for shipping at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at –20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
