Anti-MCCC1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against MCCC1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 526-725 of human MCCC1 (NP_064551.3) and is affinity purified.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
