Anti-MC4-R (E315) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–350 of human MC4-R and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of MC4-R protein and has been verified in human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 37 kDa.
