Anti-MC3R Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against MC3R (Melanocortin 3 receptor) and validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human and mouse samples and detects endogenous levels of total MC3R protein. The immunogen is recombinant full length human MC3R.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The detected MC3R protein has a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.
