Anti-MBP Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MBP, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody is raised in Rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Target specificity is supported by use of a recombinant full length Human MBP immunogen, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of MBP protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 33 kDa.
