Anti-MBL2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting Mannan Binding Lectin (MBL/MBL2), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody for research use. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and, according to the manufacturer's specifications, reacts with Human and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 21–248 of human MBL2 (NP_000233.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Intended for research use only; not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
