Anti-MB67 (T102) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, targets MB67 (T102) and is provided unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 70–124 of Human MB67, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of MB67 protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target MB67 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa.
