Anti-MaxiKβ (K119) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MaxiKβ (K119). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 86-140 of human MaxiKβ), and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of MaxiKβ protein. The observed molecular weight is approximately 24 kDa. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.
