Anti-MAX (phospho-S11) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the MAX protein phosphorylated at Serine 11. It is supplied as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MAX around the phosphorylation site of Serine 11, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of MAX only when phosphorylated at Ser11. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at ~ 18 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
