Anti-MAX Antibody

Affinity-purified reagent from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the MAX transcription factor (also known as Myc-associated factor X, BHLHD4, and Class D basic helix-loop-helix protein 4). Each 50 µL vial is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is provided unconjugated to give researchers flexibility in downstream labelling or detection workflows. The immunogen used was a recombinant human MAX protein, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MAX in samples derived from human, mouse, and rat sources. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications, making it a reliable tool for studying MAX-dependent transcriptional regulation across standard immunoblotting protocols. The antibody is hosted in rabbit, presented as a polyclonal preparation, and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen.
