Anti-MAX Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to the MAX protein, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent raised in rabbit. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen used was recombinant full length human MAX, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the MAX protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 18 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
