Anti-MAX Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the C-terminal region of human MAX, the 160 amino acid basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factor that heterodimerizes with MYC, MAD, and MXI1 to bind canonical E-box DNA motifs (CACGTG) and regulate genes controlling cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. The unconjugated format is supplied as a 200 µL liquid vial and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, with cross-reactivity confirmed against mouse and rat orthologs to support cross-species studies in cultured cells and fixed tissue sections.
