Anti-MAVS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAVS, supplied by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 150-250 of human MAVS (NP_065797.2). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and raised in Rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000-1:5,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The antibody has been affinity purified and the reported molecular weight of the target is 75 kDa / 52 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
