Anti-Matriptase (K21) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against Matriptase. It is generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Matriptase as the immunogen, and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

Endogenous levels of Matriptase protein are detected in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa, and the purity exceeds 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography purification using an epitope-specific immunogen.
