Anti-MATR3 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Matrin 3 (MATR3). It is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. The reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 747–847 of human Matrin 3 (NP_001181884.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 125 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:100–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The concentration is lot specific.
