Anti-MATN4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to MATN4, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is produced in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 221–540 of human MATN4 (NP_085080.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration; the reported molecular weight is 73 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:100–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.
