Anti-MATK Antibody

Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against MATK (Megakaryocyte-Associated Tyrosine Kinase), a member of the Src family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases expressed predominantly in hematopoietic lineages, including megakaryocytes and platelets. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 200 µl volume and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of kinase signaling in hematopoietic differentiation, platelet biology, and Src-family regulation in lymphoid tissue. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the MATK target, which is useful when probing native protein from cell lysates or fixed tissue sections.
