Anti-MAT2A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets MAT2A and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–395 of human MAT2A (NP_005902.1) and is affinity-purified. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 44 kDa, the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
