Anti-MAT1A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAT1A from Antibodies.com, validated for Western Blotting (WB). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated using recombinant human MAT1A protein as immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography. According to the manufacturer, it detects endogenous levels of total MAT1A protein. The product is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4°C. For storage, it should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
