Anti-MASTL Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MASTL, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is produced in rabbit, is reactive with human and mouse samples, and the isotype is IgG.

Validated for Western blotting, with additional applications including immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and ELISA reported in manufacturer information. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human MASTL, and it detects endogenous levels of total MASTL protein.

Concentration is 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
