Anti-MAST4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 4 (MAST4, also known as KIAA0303) and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide immunogen derived from the internal region of human MAST4, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of the total MAST4 protein. It is provided in a phosphate buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ added, and the host isotype is rabbit IgG. The reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, making it suitable for cell- and tissue-based detection workflows. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
