Anti-MAST3 Antibody

The microtubule-associated serine/threonine kinase 3 (MAST3) is targeted by this rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against epitopes of the human kinase domain. The unconjugated IgG preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at approximately pH 7.2 with 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative, and ships as a 100 µl vial. Validated applications include Western blot and immunofluorescence, and the antibody shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting translational studies of MAST3 in insulin signaling, neuronal cytoskeleton remodeling, and microtubule-associated regulatory pathways.
