Anti-MAST2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against the MAST2 target, supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, rat and mouse samples, enabling detection of endogenous levels of MAST2 protein.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1205–1249 of human MAST2. It is formulated at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The MAST2 target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 196 kDa.
