Anti-MASP2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MASP2 and is offered by Antibodies.com for Western Blotting (WB) applications with human samples. The reagent is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of total MASP2 protein, having been raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MASP2.

The antibody is provided at 1.0 mg/mL as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
