Anti-MARK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MARK2 and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of total MARK2 protein by recognising the endogenous target.

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human MARK2 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
