Anti-MARK1 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MARK1, supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The host species is rabbit, with an IgG isotype, and it has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 560–700 of human MARK1 (NP_061120.3), and the antibody is affinity-purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 95 kDa, with a lot-specific concentration. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
