Anti-MARK1/2/3/4 (N211) Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is directed against the N211 region of MARK1/2/3/4. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 180-230 of Human MARK1 and detects endogenous levels of total MARK protein.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target at ~ 80 to 92 kDa.
