Anti-MARCO Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MARCO and is of the IgG isotype. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, supported by three scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 421–520 of human MARCO (NP_006761.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 64 kDa. The antibody is prepared by affinity purification and is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
