Anti-MARCKSL1 Antibody

Manufactured for Antibodies.com as a primary research reagent, this affinity-purified product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MARCKSL1 (MARCKS-like protein 1), a target also known by the synonyms Mac-MARCKS, MacMARCKS, Macrophage myristoylated alanine-rich C kinase substrate, MARCKS-related protein, MLP and MRP. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the human MARCKSL1 sequence, and the polyclonal reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the MARCKSL1 protein, which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 20 kDa. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography on an epitope-specific immunogen. It is offered in a 50 µl pack size, validated for Western blot (WB) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
