This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 125–170 of human MARCKS. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of MARCKS protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.
It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and recognises bands at approximately 32, 75 and 87 kDa.
