Recommended dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB and 1:100-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S162 of human MARCKS. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
