Anti-MARCKS (phospho S158) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MARCKS (phospho S158), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S158 of human MARCKS.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
