Anti-MARCKS Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human MARCKS. Supplied unconjugated in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa.

Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; for longer-term storage it should be aliquoted and held at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
