Anti-MARCH9 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is a Rabbit IgG preparation directed against MARCH9 (also designated MARCHF9). It is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, with concentration specified per lot for this affinity-purified product.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications on Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 277–346 of human MARCH9. The reported molecular weight is 36 kDa. The product is supported by one scientific validation image. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
