This Antibodies.com reagent recognizes human MAPRE3 (Microtubule-Associated Protein RP/EB Family Member 3), also known as EB3, a plus-end tracking protein (+TIP) that accumulates at the growing tips of microtubules and regulates mitotic spindle orientation, cell-cycle progression, and neuronal axon extension. Supplied as 100 µg of unconjugated IgG2a in liquid form, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) of endogenous EB3 from cell lysates. The clone KT53 reacts specifically with the human protein, supporting studies on cytoskeletal dynamics, chromosome segregation, and neurite outgrowth. For optimal stability, aliquot upon receipt and store at -20°C as frozen aliquots; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Short-term handling at 4°C is acceptable. Supplied in a single vial.
