Anti-MAPRE3 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MAPRE3 (Microtubule-Associated Protein RP/EB Family Member 3), also known as EB3, a member of the end-binding protein family that localizes to the growing plus-ends of microtubules in dividing and migrating cells. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot, the reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples.

MAPRE3 is classified as a plus-end tracking protein (+TIP) that regulates microtubule dynamics and recruits partners such as the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) tumor suppressor to the tips of growing microtubules. Detection of the endogenous protein supports research into mitotic spindle assembly, neuronal axon guidance, centrosome positioning, and cytoskeletal remodeling during cell migration.
